Building on the requests of our clients, we can now offer the option of a second, additional chevron seal, pushing the probability of fugitive emissions even closer towards zero.
In addition, we can also add a leak detection port between the chevron seals, giving warning long before any fugitive emissions escape. In combination with the complex and durable labyrinth sealing system, maximum security is achieved - Security2!
TrueFloat® Technology
With these new developments adding to its already impressive array of features, the ChemBall | CSB holds many advantages over conventional PFA lined ball valves, including the innovative TrueFloat® technology: A single-piece PFA lining encloses the dynamic metal connection between ball and stem, combining the advantages of floating & trunnion ball valves while eliminating abrasion of the PFA between ball and stem.
The decisive benefits of the ChemBall | CSB ball valve, maximum tightness, security and durability when handling critical media, are further enhanced in this latest product revision.
